A rich, aromatic blend for slow-cooked lamb, chicken, fish, or vegetables either in a traditional tagine or in a slow-cooker.

Simply add dried fruit, lentils, or chickpeas and serve over couscous.

Add to chutneys, pumpkin or carrot soup, or to meatballs and kofta!

As a guide use 1 teaspoon to 500 grams of protein to taste.
